Mama Knows the Whole Story After All (ママはやっぱりはなしがわかる) is a one-shot by Fujio Akatsuka, published in Shojo Club.
Overview[]
A young girl named Yoshiko is constantly bothered and worried of the behavior of her troublesome brother Kenji, but she finds it hard to prove and get her mother to see what he's up to. Little does she know, her mother may indeed be more observant than she thinks.

Mama[]
The eponymous mother, a simple and wise housewife who Yoshiko idolizes greatly in her ways.
Papa[]
A salaryman away from home most of the time, but who is a leisurely, casual man when seen with his family.
Yoshiko[]
The young daughter, burdened by her brother's acts. She sets out to find a way to prove he's causing all the trouble at home, even getting a camera, but winds up having her own difficulty in successfully tracking Kenji and Take's ways.
Kenji[]
The son of the family, who causes a lot of mischief but pulls an innocent attitude around his mother. He resembles a somewhat-grown version of Itsuo from "The Hoop of Hula-chan".
Take-chan[]
Kenji's best friend who leads him into all sorts of ideas for what trouble they should get up to.
